The expansive pools were breathtaking and the private beachfront was a dream! Loved the daily activities. The valet service was top-notch.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our time at this resort, especially the pool area and the lush gardens. The staff was friendly, particularly Joni at the front desk, who provided excellent service. However, parking could be a hassle, so consider arriving early or using alternative transportation.

I had a lovely stay! The pool area was stunning and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding. Dining options were excellent. breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Just be aware, though, the room decor was a bit dated compared to the inviting photos online.

This resort suits my needs perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a beautiful private beach. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my luggage, and everyone has always been cordial and responsive.

The grounds of this resort are stunning, perfect for sunsets. Really loved the zero-entry pool, and the live hula show was a nice surprise!

Had a great time with my group of friends! We enjoyed live music by the fire pit and took part in beachfront yoga classes. The resort’s pool area is really nice and was never too crowded, so we could relax and have fun. The staff was friendly and the outdoor spaces were well maintained. I recommend checking out the Ko shaved ice!

One downside was the late checkout fee, which seemed high after spending a week there. It would be nice if they offered that for free for guests who have been staying longer.

The facilities offered a great family experience, with various pools and a fantastic water slide that our kids adored. The helpful staff and ocean views added to the charm. However, the inconvenient dining hours were frustrating. only the pool bar served food during the afternoon, which had a limited menu. Additionally, the check-in process was slow due to system issues, and communication about maintenance disruptions was lacking.

The pools were amazing, especially the water slide that the kids loved. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Beautiful ocean views from the resort. We grabbed some snacks at the poolside bar, which was great, but parking fees were a bit steep.

The hotel had beautiful grounds and friendly staff, making it enjoyable despite needing a few updates. While the pool area was nice, the beach wasn't swim-friendly and the check-in process could be improved. Parking fees can be steep, so budget accordingly.

We had a fabulously casual week! The pools were stellar, and I felt like a mermaid, between the beach nearby and the friendly vibes. The clean rooms are just what a beach bum needs!

But, darling, my bed squeaked like a rusty hinge, and I half expected it to throw me out! Don't even get me started on the hike to grab pool towels—it’s like a mini workout!

The pool area was immaculate, and we loved the water slide and sandy pool for the kids! Overall, it felt like visiting family, no complaints at all.
